Wholesale terms, before you have to ask
Most wholesale pages make you fill in a form first and quote figures afterwards. Here it is stated up front. Trade prices and shipping terms are calculated individually, based on range, volume and destination.

- Tiered B2B pricing, depending on range and volume. You receive your terms in writing once we have reviewed your enquiry.

- Straight from the brands and their official distributors. No grey-market goods, no murky supply chains.
- EU compliance
- Cosmetics that meet the applicable EU regulations, and nothing else. Every relevant item carries the required documentation, including CPNP registration.
- Availability
- Large volumes straight from our German warehouse. On request we also arrange imports from Korea or other countries.
- Shipping and delivery
- Agreed individually per customer – based on order volume, destination country and ordering rhythm. The terms come with your price list.
- Payment
- Payment before dispatch. No buying on account and no payment terms, not even on repeat orders.
- Invoicing
- Invoice with VAT shown separately. For a valid VAT ID from another EU country we settle the tax treatment with you individually.
- Requirement
- Proof of trade registration or a valid VAT ID. Every enquiry is reviewed by a person; there is no automatic account.

Do I need a registered business to order at wholesale?
Yes. For trade prices we need proof of trade registration or a valid VAT ID. Without it you can still buy cosmetics as usual in the regular shop.
What trade prices do I get as a business customer?
Tiered B2B pricing, depending on range and volume. The exact tier is confirmed in writing once we have reviewed your enquiry.
How do shipping and payment work at wholesale?
Shipping terms are agreed individually per customer, based on order volume, destination country and ordering rhythm. Payment is made before dispatch – we do not offer buying on account or payment terms, not even after several orders.
Are the cosmetics EU-compliant?
We sell only beauty products that meet the applicable EU regulations. Every relevant product carries the required documentation, including CPNP registration and other statutory records.
Do you carry Korean cosmetics at wholesale?
Yes, K-beauty is one of our focus areas – brands such as COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Anua, Medicube and Torriden. Alongside them we carry pharmacy cosmetics, skincare and haircare from Europe.
Where do you source your stock?
Straight from the brands and their official distributors. That is how we secure authentic goods, dependable quality and fair purchasing terms.
Can you supply large volumes?
Large volumes are available straight from our German warehouse. On request, imports from Korea or other countries are also possible.
May I resell the products on Amazon or eBay?
Only with clearance. Some brands restrict marketplace sales. State your channel in the form and the clearance is set out directly in the price list.
